I’m Sarita Parks, Executive Coach and Strategic Business Advisor of ARROW Endeavours, helping leaders and organizations untangle their toughest decisions and take inspired action.

My journey into this work wasn’t linear. For over 20 years, I’ve lived at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and stakeholder complexity — first in energy‑sector roles, where I helped organizations navigate regulatory strategy, investor communications, and Indigenous relations, and later as an executive coach helping leaders make sense of it all. I’ve sat in boardrooms, stakeholder consultations, and one‑on‑one coaching rooms, learning how to slow down, see the real stakes, and design choices that feel both logical and meaningful.

Leaders shouldn’t have to choose between being smart and being human. I help executives and boards move from stuck → clarity → action with calm, structured thinking and warm, human‑centred solutions. I speak the language of strategy, governance, and stakeholder complexity, and I translate it into something real, grounded, and actionable for the people in the room.

I’m energized by consequential decisions: who we serve, who we answer to, how we govern ourselves, and how we show up for the world beyond our balance sheet. I help leaders unfog the mirror — cutting through noise, assumption, and pressure so they can see what's true, what matters, and what's theirs to own. From there we design and implement a path forward that aligns with their values, their people, and the future they're building.

I’m curious, optimistic, and constructive — an ENTP who loves the big picture and cares deeply about the human details. I’m comfortable with conflict, ambiguity, and complexity because I’ve lived it — with executives and boards, with stakeholders, and with my coaching clients individually.
