GET TO KNOW ME
DECISION CLARITY • CHANGE STRATEGY • INSPIRED ACTION

Sometimes the very thing that feels like a setback is preparing us for what's next.
Sometimes the friction is actually traction.
That's how ARROW Endeavours began.
Why ARROW Endeavours?
For more than 20 years, I've worked at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and stakeholder complexity.
In energy-sector roles, I helped organizations navigate regulatory strategy, investor communications, Indigenous relations, governance, and high-stakes stakeholder engagement. Later, as an executive coach and change strategist, I found myself helping leaders wrestle with a different challenge:
Not a lack of intelligence.
Not a lack of strategy.
A lack of clarity.
The decisions were harder. The stakeholders were louder. The consequences were greater.
And yet the breakthrough almost always came from the same place:
Slowing down long enough to see clearly.
That's why I call myself a Clarity Architect.
I help leaders and teams turn complexity into clear decisions, aligned change, and confident action.
How I Add Value
My clarity work shows up in three connected areas:
→ Decision Clarity — helping leaders and teams think clearly and decide well when the stakes are high.
→ Change Clarity — translating complex transformations into narratives, structures, and rhythms people can actually follow.
→ Leadership Clarity — creating the space, coaching, and perspective leaders need to lead with courage, consistency, and integrity.
This is the work of Clarity Architecture: making sure strategy doesn’t just exist on paper, but becomes something people can understand, trust, and act on.
The Bridge I Build
Most advisors operate in one lane. I work across three.
→ Diagnose — bringing the rigor of management consulting to understand what is really driving complexity, misalignment, and friction
→ Design — applying structured change management to build narratives, governance, and operating rhythms that make transformation stick
→ Develop — using executive coaching to strengthen how leaders think, decide, and lead so clarity is sustained, not situational
This allows me to move fluidly between strategy, implementation, and leadership behaviour - ensuring clarity is built into both the system and the people leading it.
A Few Things About Me
-
I'm an optimist by nature and an ENTP by wiring.
-
I love big ideas, meaningful conversations, and difficult questions.
-
I'm comfortable with ambiguity, conflict, and complexity because I've spent decades navigating them - with executives, boards, stakeholders, and coaching clients.
-
I believe leaders shouldn't have to choose between being strategic and being human.
-
The best decisions require both.
The Legacy I'm Interested In
I want my work to contribute to:
-
Leaders who are grounded in their power and responsibility.
-
Organizations that are coherent in their strategy and aligned in their actions.
-
Communities that feel respected in the relationships that affect them.
If that's you now or where you want to be, we'll do meaningful work together.
We should have a conversation if you're facing a decision that matters, leading change that feels messy, or navigating complexity that refuses to simplify itself. I'd love to connect.
When life pulls you back, launch forward with heart + integrity — I can help you do that.
