From there, I may recommend one of two paths, depending on the complexity of your transition and the kind of support that will serve you best:

2️⃣ STRATEGIC INTENSIVE: a custom-built, focused engagement designed to untangle an immediate leadership bottleneck or strategic decision. Intensives are fixed in scope, last 4 weeks, and start at $1,497.

3️⃣ MONTHLY LEADERSHIP RETAINER: ongoing, high-touch strategic coaching and advisory support to sustain long-term execution and perspective shifts. Retainers start at $2,000 per month, with scope tailored to your role and context.
