WHY ARROW ENDEAVOURS? 🏹

Most coaching models start with a framework.

Mine starts somewhere else.

Years ago, I came across this line from Paulo Coelho that really resonated with me:

“An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backward. So when life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means it’s going to launch you into something great.”

That idea became the foundation for how I work... to launch forward with heart and integrity.

Because the leaders I sit with are rarely looking for a rigid model to plug themselves into.

They’re navigating moments where:

My work blends structure with responsiveness.

I do use focused containers, including 4-week intensives designed to create momentum, clarity, and traction quickly.
